Enchanted
I just got back from seeing Enchanted, much squeeing and Disney princess spoilers
Hee I loved this movie from beginning to end. SO adorable. Perfect casting!
Amy Adams (who Buffy fans may remember as Tara's cousin Beth from 'Family'... also she was in 'Drop Dead Gorgeous' awesome!) was just a perfect Disney princess. I covet her princess wardrobe (excepting the puffy wedding dress because puffy not so much my thing) the dresses she made were just so adorable, want!
James Marsden did a superb job as a typical prince. He had me giggling the entire time.
Susan Sarandon was brilliant! She just was a perfect villian. Her voice work for the animated parts was also excellent.
Timothy Spall was great as well. I very much was reminded of Lemieux from Beauty and the Beast.
Idina clearly was awesome. Although everytime she either 1. gave permission for her boyfriend to cheat/2. believed him when he said nothing was happening Jo and I were having trouble not giggling... a lot. I realize that Idina is a smart lady, she knows what, if anything Taye is up to, I think they're probably very open about what they're both up to, he just gets seen by the press a lot more but still, it was amusing. Also amusing, that she was in a musical and didn't sing... but had to dance! Who thought that was a good plan?!
The songs were so great, they're all jumbled up and stuck in my head, I must have that soundtrack! I was totally singing (in my head.. mostly) the whole way home. The NYC variety of animals who come to help out was just great, also ew, but cute when they're cleaning and there's a song ;)
This was just a great classic Disney movie, I want to buy it when it comes out on DVD.

Idina did record a song, but they ended up cutting it from the film because it didn't really move the plot, and they'd only written a song for Nancy because it was Idina playing her. I'm hoping it ends up on the DVD release as a special feature or something.

Most people who are wide-eyed and dumb are annoying ;) But I know what you mean, the more human she got the more enjoyable she was to watch.
