Firefly meme under the cut
Number of times you’ve seen the whole series (to your best estimate)
3 or 4 I think... there are some episodes I've done over and over and some not so many times...

... perhaps 6.
Favorite character (and why, if you want)
Inara, I think for the mystery of her character and then for the Mal/Inara angst. Totally hooked me.
Least favorite character (and why, if you want)
Simon. He's grown on me a lot but there are many times I just want to shake the silly boy.
Favorite episode (and why, if you want)
Shindig, so many fabulous lines and costumes and character development. Very shiny.
Least favorite episode (and why, if you want)
The Train Job. Decent episode and it has it's moments but it's definitely not the best of the bunch.
Favorite quote
Can I choose all of them? I could not choose just one, or just a handful, many many beautiful words.
Favorite scene
Almost anything Mal/Inara. Oh and a lot of ones that have Saffron in them. She worked brilliantly with the rest of the cast.
Your opinion of the movie: love it, shove it, or mixed feelings
Love it. I saw the movie before the series and fell in love, ran to HMV and gave myself a Firefly crash course :)

In brief, what got you hooked?
The movie, Joss is brilliant, once you start his series you cannot just stop.
Your favorite theory on Book’s background
Operative who originally was sent out to recover River who reformed (somewhat) along the way so he fully knows who Simon and River are from the beginning and is struggling with that knowledge.
Your favorite theory on Inara’s reasons for leaving Sihnon
Terminal illness (although this is really the only theory I've heard... but it has such angsty possibilites that I quite enjoy it.)
Will Mal and Inara ever get together?
If they stop being so gorram stubborn...
Will Simon and Kaylee stay together?
Nope. I was listening to the Shaye song "No Mermaid" today thinking it fits their relationship really well. They will never fit each other in the way the other needs them to.
Will River stay (or get) on the road to mental health?
I like to think she'll continue improving with some bumps in the road.
Favorite Firefly fanfic
Oh lord, the Firefly fans are generally good solid writers, I'm not picking one.

Currently: Farscape and I'm going through a BtVS phase with my icons now :)
