(no subject)

I'm in TO, safe and sound. Viv and I annoyed people on the bus a la Paris and Nicole style... "salsa!" And I felt like I was in the Simple life because I think I asked "where the hell are we" about 8 times. I do not like the Northland bus, you go freaken everywhere! Viv's mom was awesome and gave me a ride home :) and then my brother got home 5 minutes after me and had some pastry thing from work to share *yummy* and he's taking me to go see In Good Company tonight :)

I hope that our freezer gets fixed today so LisaLisa can have food in there again. The lady left us a note saying that she got us a new fridge.... but it was still our old one there so I don't know if that means she replaced the top part...like the electronic stuff...while we were in class. Or if we're actually going to be getting a new fridge sometime. It wasn't very clear.

I dropped off my application to graduate yesterday. It was written out so messy, I don't even care anymore, I just want to leave the school. The lady there asked if I was graduation from a 2 year program or a 4 year program. Ummm given those choices clearly it's a 4 year program as there is no 2 year program... thanks for coming out, I'm glad my administrative future is in your hands. le sigh. I'm not even going to graduation. I think that the ceremony is mid May sometime. So I'd leave school, hopefully have a job, and then 2 weeks later go back to Sudbury... I do not think so! Once I'm out then I'm out. I don't want to have to tell some new job that I need to take a weekend off after I've only been there for two weeks. Plus I'd have to pay to go back and pay to stay somewhere and I'm trying to save money to go fun places like NYC, Vegas and Europe....(that's a fun combination) not back to Sudbury. I don't even know if I'm going to visit people there next year...

My credit card bill came today (one of them) and it's the one I put Idina's CD on from Colony. That sucker cost me 40$ Canadian. Well worth it of course but lol, I'm sure my parents will love to hear that I spent $40 on a cd I already own.

Time for me to actually get dressed and head downtown. I've had coffee this morning so I'm going to be super awake lol. I like being at home, Dad makes me coffee and he's making his homemade pizza tonight :)

(no subject)

First I am very excited because I just saw someone who I don't know using not one but two of my icons! *yay* it's a first for me. I love seeing my friends using them too of course but I like seeing someone who has no reason to feel obliged to like my work using them :)

Today was much fun. I just love being in TO, yay city life! I met up with Jo downtown and went to have lunch at Booster Juice.... mmmmmmm soy milk smoothie! I love that I'm allergic to soy and yet I still insist on drinking those smoothies. Yay me!

Then we wandered a bit, stopped in Chapters so I could look for a textbook... didn't find it. Went to Second Cup and I bought more vanilla syrup. More Italian sodas for me! I think that's the majority of what I'm drinking now. Then we visited Dell briefly because she was working but I'll see her tomorrow.

After that we went back to my house so I could show her my new music video (WaT ep Clare de Lune set to Larissa's Lagoon by Idina Menzel) and we just hung out and were generally lazy for a while. She spoiled me a bit for C.S.I but it's such good stuff that I am so happy to know eeeeeeeeeeeee! LIGHT UP TABLE YO!

Tonight for dinner Daddy made his awesome home made pizza and then Jack took me to go see In Good Company. I really liked this movie. Of course it makes me re-re-evaluate what I want to do with my life. Actually it kind of depressed me about the real world and the work force in general...and life... but I think it's a good movie... just not a feel good movie.

Then as we were leaving they had these little signs up advertising a special screening of Finding Neverland for the Tsunami victims...... and I stole one. Jack is not so impressed but I don't think anyone saw me so he wont be in trouble at work lol. And I have a new stolen Johnny picture to put on my wall. Everyone wins ;)
