Hi friendslist. A favour to ask of you, for those of you who don't get flu shots do you have any articles etc that you could link me to that show the risks of the flu shot. Also anything that shows why it's not effective.

I'm looking things up but I keep getting the pharmaceutical company websites first which are all pro flu shot propaganda and I know last year I found more information that showed both sides of the arguement.

Places to go on Hallowe'en: article here. I want to go to all of these places! This year I'm staying put for Hallowe'en. I'll be handing out candy to the little kids in my parents' neighbourhood, they get over 150 kids usually so it's a good place to be. Lots of fun costumes and happy kids to give candy to :)

In other news I was up at 5am this morning to get into work early. I ended up being at the subway station before the subways were even running! That's too early! I did get caught up on a lot of work though so it wasn't in vain.

Only real downside of the day was someone had that hoax email forward of the person who buys a bra and gets her breast infected with some parasite thing and the pic is a photoshop of a breast mixed with a lotus seed pod. I felt ill all day, couldn't eat lunch... it's not a pretty sight. If that one is circulating again trust me, don't look. Even knowing it's a fake doesn't make it much less disgusting.
