Summer is looking up

I got a call today and have some work babysitting next week. I know most people don't think of babysitting as work but I think it is, and I love to do it. I'm hoping I can make enough $ for my first term of school this summer, then work up north to pay for the second term.

I got new shoes!!!!!! I'm so excited! I was at Goodwill looking at books (to review for my new website) and randomly ended up looking at the shoes and found a pair of NEW Steve Madden shoes, and a nice pair of Guess dress shoes. Both were 10$ Great deal. I want more....

Man I miss my roommate Vicky! I realized last night I couldn't even remember what she sounded like anymore. Dsam talking on msn all the time. It's great to be able to stay in touch with everyone though. I haven't talked to Carmalita in forever!!!!! Carma if you're reading this, call or email please :) Lisa it was great talking to you after ER, I miss watching that with everyone at res, and now there's no one here who understands my new fear of smallpox. And while I'm saying hi to ppl who read this, Pia: I'm so sorry I can't come out with you this Sunday!!!!!!!! I'll have $$ soon if I get good business though! I can't wait.

Anyways must sleep soon, I was awake late last night for no particular reason and I want to be up before noon today. Goodnight!

Countdown to Buffy & Angel finale...3 days!

I can't wait 'til the Buffy and Angel finales! So little time left. 24 more episodes of Buffy left ever! Crazy time for me.

I'm ticked off, I arranged a tape trade with this girl who was on one of the same mailing lists I was on. Since it was only a 20$ trade and she lives in the same city as me I just mailed off the tapes the same day she was supposed to mail off the cheque. Yah so a week and a half later I've seen no $$ and it should have only taken 2 days. Not impressive. I emailed her and it got returned saying her mailbox is over the limit. I'm hoping there's some kind of good explanation but I guess I just got screwed. At least it was only a small loss for me, more losing time than anything else.

Oh I did a quiz, I keep bookmarking these things and not getting around to them. But I did this one, and liked it. There's probably more coming tonight cuz I'm awake and kinda bored.
