early morning
Feb. 13th, 2003 07:52 amWell aside from getting contacts yesterday I did do other stuff. Both Tanya and Megan went home :( So I made two bus station trips. Megs went home on the 6:30am bus so that was fun to wake up for, but even if I hadn't have had to go to the bus station I would have worken up that early, I used to all the time last year when Carm took the early bus, I'm just silly that way. So anyways Tanya drove for the first bus station trip and man was it ever cold when we got back here, we ran all the way from the parking lot back to res, then Tanya packed and I got another 3 hours of sleep.
Tanya drove herself to the bus station at noon and Brady drove us back. It's only just a little illegial for her to drive :) We of course almost got hit by some dumb lady who was dialing her cell phone and looking down at it to do so, and pulling out into traffic at the same time, so now Brady is scarred and probably wont be driving here again, at least not for a while.
Everyone did make it home safe though which was good. Even though I'm sad that they're gone. Those two are a major part of my support system up here.
I also got a history test back yesterday... I got 85% thank you very much! I wrote it while I had the flu so that's a pretty impressive grade.
Babysitting last night was fun. Those kids are awesome! The little boy calls me his "girlfriend" how cute! Also when the mom came back we were talking about all kinds of stuff and got into smoking pot lol that's always a fun conversation with your employeer, she smokes up more than I do though so it's no big deal.
Alright I'm off to class, I promised my Professor that I wouldn't miss this one again....for a while ;)
