To everyone who reads this who is in the Toronto GTA and anyone else who was in the path of that storm yesterday, DRIVE CAREFULLY! I haven't been out yet but the roads are apparently not fun and it'll all melty so you get puddles on top of ice which makes extra slippery ice. (Kids will have the most fun at recess today ;) ) So drive slowly and carefully and if you can stay home then please do :)

I'm off to TTC to work :)

lol I enjoy it when it's pretty, the snow the day before the rain/slush was fine by me. Walking through 6 inch deep puddles of slush which was conceiling an icy bottom was not my most fun morning ever.

In addition to hating the cold, my work picks up a lot in bad weather. And since it pays the same regardless, I'd just as soon not be busy so I can sneak some time to work on my writing.
