The internet is working. My brother came over and fiddled with the modem a bit and apparently he just has good computer vibes because it now works. Sadly it doesn't wok on Jo's computer which sucks (her computer doesn't suck, the internet service that doesn't work on it sucks)

Then Bell called just a few moments ago to ask how the service was working. I said I was still upset from being hung up on twice yesterday. The woman who was calling did not say anything to that. Then I said that the internet was working better today but we still had one computer that was not connecting. She then hung up on me! THE FUCK!? Seriously, Sympatico have the worst customer service... perhaps even worse than the drama I went through last winter at Harbourfront with thier box office. That's a pretty sad assessment of their customer service.

I was in such a good mood this evening, had just gotten over being livid about last night's 5+ hours on the phone with their useless tech support and then I get called only to be hung up on for a third time. There's more fodder for the angry letter I suppose. I also emailed them right away to complain about that most recent phone call. What kind of customer service calls only to hang up on you when you say that the service isn't fixed?

**ETA** internet got slower and slower as the evening went on and then finally died for me a few minutes ago... back to the stolen internet game. Frelling frustrating!
