elizalavelleI had to explain my tofu to go to more people again today, I think I should just print out a pamphlet to hand out. However I like teaching people that tofu can taste good. Most everyone has had a terrible tofu experience because they didn't know how to cook it. It can be very yummy :)
The girl who I mentioned before who was all over the plagerising action STILL didn't come to Lit Crit class today. She's very very screwed. It just baffles me when people really sabatage themselves that way. Yes I do hand things in late and skip some class, but I haven't skipped two straight months of class (which is what this girl is VERY close to doing at this point) I'm going to be waking up super early on Wed. morning just to make it back here for class in the afternoon so I don't miss two workshops in a row. However for Patti's class the presentation that I thought was next Wed. was actually today, so I got to see the one I wanted to see. I'd like to be in class next week anyways, she made a point last year to tell me to not miss so many of her classes and I don't want to let her down.
And I have to agree with Ava (here in my journal... not where the comment is... I think it was a comment... I don't know) anyways, if I see one more icon of the Seth/Summer Spiderman kiss I am going to poke my eyes out. Overdone already.
The Are You Afraid of the Dark reruns have been amusing me recently.
Bedtime soon.... I've been in front of my computer for far too long today. Perhaps some Spuffy stories before bed :)

Date: 2005-03-03 06:11 pm (UTC)And yes, I'd like to invoke a moratorium on Seth/Summer Spiderman kiss icons starting... now. Especially ones with the text "You can't fight fate" - ugh. I can see after the ep first aired, people were excited and all making icons. But it's been a week now and people are still making/posting the same icons that have been posted umpteen times. If you see it's been done already, don't do the same thing.
Speaking of icons... I still need to make the rest of the O.C. icons I was going to make. And now I want to do a Seth/Summer Spideykiss one that says "Can't we be just a little creative?" LOL.

Or at least people can just put those ones under a cut and tell what they are so you don't have to see 30 of them a day. Honestly it was the most predictable kiss and looked more awkward than romantic. Move on people.

I think he was hanging too high or something because the mask was getting in the way and Summer couldn't really get her mouth comfortably onto his. What people *should* be iconing all over the place is the wet-Marissa/Alex kiss. Now that was hot. I've seen some caps where they have their hands on each others' faces and it's just... rawr. I need me an icon of that, lol.
