Dec. 11th, 2006 06:31 amFor those who were at/got screwed by FlanII the Booster website is back up, here's the thread: http://www.boosterevents.com/Community/Forums/tabid/326/forumid/54/postid/39311/view/topic/Default.aspx Although I was there this morning and it worked, suddenly it has stopped working... perhaps forum overload, although I don't know how many other people are up at 6:20am but whatever.
Here's the initial post by Vicki, who is the one who resigned last week... and now apparently works there still. I don't get this company. Anyways for those who need it and may have been on planes back home when it was posted:
Booster Entertainment would like to apologize to everyone for the great inconvenience that was imposed on all this past weekend. We understand everyone has questions, which we will try and answer in a timely fashion. The website has been put back up per customer request.
We again apologize for our poor notice in the cancellation of the Flanvention.
Booster Entertainment will not answer personal emails nor PMs, but will answer everyone in the open forums. Please do not post foul language or threats as those posts will be deleted. Please also allow for the heavy site traffic in waiting for responses.

I wanted to paste the part she posted later as a reply saying she doesn't know where they are with refunds yet she has to check and see what the status of their paypal account is.
Please know that they don't have a say anymore in what the status of refunds are for FlanII, they did not deliver the service they promised, you are due your refunds. They seem to be trying to delay the inevitable here. They will have to refund the FlanII money. That's alll there is to that. As for the Neptune Noir and BBII I don't know. I think they probably don't have to refund those until the events don't happen. Morally they should but I don't think they will.
In other news I cannot wait to talk to Backup Bash people as they return home, there shall be some amazing stories :)
