Today someone at the BBC called me an American. Gah! I finally gave up searching for 'The Secret World of Polly Flint' on my own and emailed them and they said it wasn't their series and since I'd seen it in "AMERICA" I should contact television stations there. Ummm I said Canada quite plainly in my email. I could narrow it to two possible Canadian stations for them but since it was a freaking BBC mini series neither the CBC or TVO could really be of much assistance. The BBC will be getting a snarky email back from me.

In yummy chocolate news I bought one of the Laura Secord eggs but they were all out of the butter cream ones so I went for the fancy cashew chocolate one and it is insanely good.

Oh and I picked up a copy of Angels and Demons today (the book before The DaVinci Code) and I'm wondering which of those two I should read first? My dad's getting me The DaVinci Code for my birthday and I have two books on the go right now so I won't be able to start a new one before my bday.... so anyone whose read both of them? Opinions? No spoilers please :)

I crossed a big item off of my things to do before I'm 25 list today, cut it right down to the wire, but I'm feeling quite impressed with myself today.

I don't think the order really matters (I read Da Vinci first..), but since you have the option--read Angels & Demons first...it just makes sense, chronologically :P I thought they were both very engaging/exciting -- I hope you like them!

Yeah I'm usually all about reading books in the proper order, but I've heard that over time his books get a little 'one trick pony' like hence why I was debating lol.

A) what item did you cross off your list to do?
B) I've now read 3 of Dan Brown's books and I have to be honest - meh. I'd read DaVinci code first... then Angel's & Demons. You'll probably find, like I did, that though Mr. Brown is a WONDERFUL researchist.. all of his writing follow the same basic character & plot outlines... so he's not that talented as a writer (note: this is only my opinion). Both are a good read though!

I have no idea, I just had the song on my play list. It probably either came from eskimo_jo or from a fanmix somewhere. I always end up with random cool songs from either of those sources :)
